Alchemy allows users to synthesize new items, such as tops, backgrounds and accessories, by forfeiting items in their closets as materials. However, alchemy does not include items such as poses, interior and Selpit items, and certain items cannot be used as materials.
Alchemy Pots introduce items from previous and recent gachas, as well as exclusive items. The contents of individual alchemy pot varies. Alchemy pots are introduced and removed with some prior notice. There are two types of alchemy available: Target Alchemy and Select Alchemy.

Types of AlchemyEdit
Target Alchemy is the synthesis of two of the same item at the cost of 150GC. When performing Target Alchemy with a recipe, users are required to select an alchemy pot, two of the same materials available in their closet and a color. It is highly recommended, although not necessary, that a known recipe is used while synthesizing as it guarantees the creation of the desired item.
Five-Target Alchemy is similar to Target Alchemy, however, five items are synthesized instead of one item as it requires a total of 10 items and uses 750GC instead of 150GC. Although five items are synthesized, only one can be claimed. This method is best for experimenting new recipes and earning discovery points. It is highly recommended, although not necessary, that a known recipe is used while synthesizing as it guarantees the creation of the desired item, however, only one item can be claimed.
Both Target Alchemy and Five-Target Alchemy can be performed without the use of a recipe and may result in a New Discovery.
During the alchemy process, there is a chance that you may encounter a message that reads, '新発見' (New Discovery); this appears when there is a new discovery and will result in obtaining one new discovery point. Accumulated discovery points can be exchanged for limited-time items. Discovery points will not be rewarded for items using a known recipe, or Select Alchemy.
Earning Discovery PointsEdit
Select Alchemy is similar again to Target Alchemy, however, a variety of ten items are synthesized instead of one. It requires ten materials of any kind at the cost of either 150GC or an alchemy ticket. Upon claiming an item, 54GS will be rewarded, and 60GS will be rewarded for forfeiting the synthesized items.
Reporting to Alchemy ForumEdit
After each type of alchemy, you have the option to report your results to the Alchemy Forum. It is encouraged, but not an obligation to do so. For more information on the Alchemy Forum, please refer to the Alchemy Forum section.
Select Alchemy TicketEdit
Select alchemy tickets, or 'alchemy tickets' are an alternative to obtaining synthesized item from Select Alchemy only. They can be purchased from a ticket pack via the Dress Up Shop. For more information on ticket pack, please refer to the Ticket Pack section.
Alchemy Material TicketEdit
Alchemy material tickets are available during certain alchemy campaigns and can be exchanged to obtain 20 alchemy materials that can be used for all types of alchemy. Alchemy materials are random and multiples of the same item can be obtained.
The Alchemy History will display up to 100 entries of your most recent sucessful syntheses. From here, users can view the date, alchemy pot, materials, color and the result of when the alchemy was performed.
There is also an option to report findings to the Alchemy Forum. For more information on the Alchemy Forum, please refer to the Alchemy Forum section.
The Alchemy Forum is a forum where users can view other user's successful syntheses. By selecting the title of a post, users can view the date, alchemy pot, materials, color and the result of when the alchemy was performed, as well as comment on the post. Users can also submit their results to the Alchemy Forum; text must be entered to post on the Alchemy Forum.
Alchemy Search allows users to search for known recipes, however it is only for Target Alchemy. Searches can be conducted by selecting to search for results using materials or the synthesized result, and an alchemy pot. A material search will display the color and result of the synthesizing the materials, and a result search will display the color and the materials needed for the synthesis.

As a descendant of the Orijina family, Reorusu's alchemy is different to the Matiria family. He is short-sighted, but believes glasses are "uncool". He is extremely competitive and hates to share the limelight. When he heard that the Matiria siblings were in Selfy Town, he jumped at the opportunity to meet them. He enjoys their company, however, he is cautious with Kureiru.
Alchemy Secret StoryEdit
Alchemist Reorusu Orijina lived in a region inhabited by witches. In order to further his alchemy, Reorusu borrowed power of a powerful witch, and devised a new way of performing alchemy. However, this was not enough for Reorusu; he wanted something more than the ordinary. No matter how much he tried, he could not find what he was looking for. Although, Reorusu was not the only one to challenge the boundaries of alchemy.
In another region, Alchemist Kureiru Matiria also mused over the same dilemma, and many a times tried to convince his sisters, Flamel and Papimeru, to join in his research. The looming challenges of changing alchemy took a toll on Kureiru's confidence and he could not drive the thoughts away.
One day, the two alchemists were fated to meet. Reorusu was astonished by Kureiru's methods, and at the same time, Kureiru was impressed by Reorusu. The meeting of the two sparked a newly found friendship. Through their skills and mischief, Kureiru and Reorusu were able to finally find the answer. They collaborated and mutually taught the other their alchemy method. It was at this moment that the new alchemy method was perfected and named, "Item Alchemy".
